Owner, Head Spokes Person

Darren has been involved with bikes for as long as he can remember, as a youth he raced BMX and then in his late teens he moved into triathlon. He has been a keen mountain biker for over 30 years.

He perused a career in education, teaching engineering amongst other things. However bikes have always been his passion and after teaching for 20 years he left to follow this dream.

Initially spending 5 years working as a bike mechanic, during this time he set up his own mobile mechanics business. This In turn led to him becoming a Cytech trainer and educator delivering Cytech training in Milton Keynes.

Lee has worked with bikes for over 30 years.

He has seen the changes in bike technology, the rise of E-Bikes and is truly a genius when it comes to bikes.

Lee is fully MIAS trained and is a fully trained MIAS instructor. He is fully Cytech trained and is a fully trained Cytech educator, he has been a mechanic for Norco Factory Racing in the Downhill World Cup Championships.
